Terms and conditions of sale
Last updated: August 2026
1. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) govern subscriptions to the Shugoi service, published by Yohan SANNIER (individual), contact: [email protected].
2. Offers
Shugoi offers monthly subscriptions by tier: Starter (EUR 29/month, 1 site), Pro (EUR 69/month, 3 sites), Enterprise (EUR 490/month, unlimited sites). Detailed features and quotas are on the Pricing page.
During the open beta, the Starter plan is provided free under an allowlist. The beta may end before billing opens; there is no automatic conversion or charge.
3. Price and payment
Payment is processed by Stripe, in euros, by monthly debit. Payment is due at the start of each period. In case of payment failure, protection may be suspended at the end of the current period.
Displayed prices are indicative during the open beta. No automatic billing is performed. The total amount, applicable taxes and billing frequency will be summarised before payment opens.
4. Duration, renewal and cancellation
The subscription is entered into for a one-month term, automatically renewed at the same price.
You can cancel at any time from the customer portal (Stripe). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period: protection remains active until that date, with no fees.
Cancel your contract remains available from the website and customer area. A summary precedes confirmation; the effective date is then displayed and durably confirmed.
5. Withdrawal right
A consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. If you expressly request performance before that period ends and then withdraw, only the amount proportionate to the service supplied may remain payable where permitted by law. Acceptance of these terms alone is not treated as an advance waiver. The statutory process and form must be finalised before any B2C launch.
6. 30-day commercial guarantee
In addition to statutory rights, a reasoned request sent to [email protected] within 30 days of the first payment may result in a refund of that first payment. The guarantee does not cover later renewals, fraud, use contrary to the terms or custom work already performed. Refunds use the original payment method.
7. Availability and liability
Shugoi uses reasonable efforts to provide and secure the service, without guaranteeing that no abuse or false positive will occur. Liability limitations do not deprive consumers of mandatory rights and do not cover gross negligence, wilful misconduct or personal injury.
8. Personal data
Data processing is described in our privacy policy.
9. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. After an unresolved written complaint, consumers may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator whose identity and details must be added after appointment, before any B2C launch. Statutory remedies and protective jurisdiction rules remain available.
